To request a quote for one or multiple parts, enter the desired part number into our RFQ form. This action adds the part number to your pending RFQs. Each part number needs to be added only once. Utilizing AI and blockchain technology, our system ensures accurate and efficient handling of your request, with your sales representative striving to get the best price and delivery options based on your criteria.
When you’re ready to send the RFQ, navigate to the “Pending RFQs” section. Here, you can specify target prices and purchase timing and remove any parts you no longer need. Once all necessary information is filled out, click the “Submit RFQ Now” button.
Upon submission, your request is immediately received by your personal sales representative, who will contact you shortly. Meanwhile, all submitted RFQ information, including the part numbers requested, is accessible in the “Submitted RFQs” section of the website.
Suppliers ship directly to our Fulfillment/QA center in Illinois. Typically, parts are received in the morning and shipped in the afternoon. Domestic supplier inventories are usually delivered within 3 days of receiving your order.
Our Quality Assurance team meticulously inspects all received parts to ensure they meet the quality and accuracy standards of your order. Any discrepancies found will result in the products being returned to the supplier at no cost to you.
Typically, orders include the manufacturer’s warranty. For overhauled parts, warranties are provided that are appropriate to the specific part in question.
Initial orders can be paid by credit card or wire transfer. By working with your sales representative, you may be eligible for payment terms.
We serve a wide range of customers, from ongoing repeat clients to one-time buyers. Payment terms can be extended to repeat customers following a successful payment history with us.
